AML/KYC
GoExme is dedicated to safeguarding its users and partners against fraudulent and illegal acts. This includes prioritizing thorough verification of customers and ensuring the integrity of financial transactions. A key strategy in verifying the legitimacy of both individual and corporate clients is the implementation of the AML/KYC process.
RISK ASSESSMENT AND TRANSACTION MONITORING
GoExme utilizes a risk-based approach to detect and prevent suspicious activities. Each transaction is evaluated using a proprietary risk-scoring model based on data provided by third-party AML analytics providers, including AMLBot.
Transactions may be flagged and temporarily suspended for further review under the following conditions:
- If the overall transaction risk score exceeds 75%, the transaction is automatically placed on hold and subject to Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
- Transactions associated with high-risk categories may be suspended regardless of the overall risk score. These categories include, but are not limited to:
- Child Exploitation
- Darknet Marketplace / Darknet Services
- Enforcement Actions
- Fraudulent Exchange
- Illegal Services
- Mixing Services
- Ransom
- Sanctions
- Scam
- Stolen Coins
- Terrorism Financing
In such cases, GoExme reserves the right to initiate AML/KYC procedures.
AML / KYC VERIFICATION PROCESS
