How It Works
To initiate an exchange, go to goexme.io and select the cryptocurrency you want to exchange in the Send field and the desired currency to receive in the Receive field. To start the process, click Start Exchange.
On the next step, provide the address to receive the cryptocurrency you have chosen. Familiarize yourself with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and AML/KYC Policy. After agreeing to the terms, check the box, double-check the entered information, and confirm the start of the transaction.
The transaction will be activated. This page will display the wallet address to send the cryptocurrency to. This address is reserved for 12 hours, during which you need to transfer the funds. After this time, the address will be released, and the funds will be returned to the sender. Please note that after 12 hours, this address may be used by other users for exchanges. Do not send funds to the same address more than once. On the same page, at the bottom, you will see a unique exchange ID. This ID will be needed to contact support in case of exchange-related issues.
After receiving your funds, the service will automatically perform the exchange through liquidity providers and transfer them to your specified address. Please note that due to the fluctuating exchange rate, the final amount may differ from the expected amount due to provider fees and market volatility.
Usually, the exchange takes from 15 to 30 minutes. However, in some cases, processing time may increase due to delays from providers or network congestion.
